Autocar Model T-17
Unarmored Halftrack.
This was a Lend Lease Halftrack Prime Mover/Ammo Carrier that was mainly
purchased by the Soviet Union during WWII. Some of these halftracks were also
used in Civilian Service by various United States Railroads as Prime Movers for
loading Guns onto the Flatcars, and also by the US Military for use on State
Side bases as Ammunitions Carriers. The Autocar Model T-17 had a weight class of
2 1/2 tons.
