This kit is a model of the famous Lend Lease Studebaker model US-6, U1 (with-out winch) or U2 (with winch). In this kit the modeler has the option to make either version. The Studebaker US-6 was used by all the allied nations, but the bulk of the 197,000 produced during WWII, 109,000 were shipped to Russia, in 13 different version.
